小尾寒羊与陶赛特羊和特克塞尔羊杂交一代羔羊的产肉性能及肉品营养成分分析

Growth Performance and Analysis of Nutrient Composition on Mutton of First-generation of Polled Dorset Sheep,Texel Sheep Cross-breeding with Small-tailed Han Sheep

陶寒杂交一代(DHF1)、特寒杂交一代(THF1)和小尾寒羊羔羊(HH)进行舍饲育肥和屠宰试验。结果表明,DHF1和THF1组宰前活重、胴体、屠宰率、骨肉比、眼肌面积、GR值和一级胴体占胴体质量百分比显著高于HH组(P<0.05),羊肉中磷含量显著低于HH组(P<0.05),胴体净肉率各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。DHF1和THF1组产肉性能差异不显著(P>0.05),但有DHF1高于THF1的趋势。

Short housing growing-finishing and slaughter experiment were carried out on first-genera- tion lambs of Polled Dorset sheep, Texel sheep cross-breeding with Small-tailed Han sheep. The results showed that there is a significant difference in the different combinations including pre-slaughter live weight, carcass weight, dressing percentage, ratio of bone to meat, loin muscle area, GR value and percentage of grade-one carcass, DHF1 （Polled Dorset sheep ♂× Small-tailed Han sheep-gr ）and THF1 （Texel sheep♂× Small-tailed Han sheep-gr ） were obviously higher than HH（Small-tailed Han sheep ♂× Small- tailed Han sheep,）（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but phosphorous content in mutton of the two cross-breeding combina- tions were obviously lower than HH（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Percentage of net meat in carcass no significant difference among the different combinations（ P 〉 0.05 ）. A trend that growth performance of DHF1 was higher than that of THF1 were found, but without significant differences（ P 〉 0.05 ）.
