摘要
通常在逆境胁迫下植物细胞会积累一系列的蛋白质来保护细胞免受伤害,其中LEA蛋白是目前研究最为普遍的一种。综述了与抗旱性密切相关的LEA蛋白的结构、性质、分类与功能,并对一经在Genbank中登录的LEA基因家族成员进行了汇集整理。以大豆Glycine maxLEA蛋白基因家族成员之一的PM16为代表,对其基因以及所编码的LEA蛋白进行了生物信息学分析。
The plant cell would accumulate a series of proteins against the stress condition, in which, LEA protein is one of the anti-drought factors. Now the LEA protein has been becoming one of the most interesting research fields in botany. In this paper, the structure, characteristics, classification, function of LEA proteins are described, and some LEA genes, which have been submitted to GenBank, are listed. PM16, LEA gene in soybeans, is analyzed based on the bioinformatics.
