摘要
在构建虚拟R&D团队模式基础上,分析了合作R&D模式和合理内生知识溢出度的理论基础,从利益分配、知识转移、激励和安全机制这些核心方面阐述了虚拟R&D团队运作过程的框架。
R&D teams are innovative and value-added source of new and hi-tech industry. For solving the restriction of time, space and culture border,establishing high efficiency virtual R&D team becomes the beneficial way undoubtedly. R&D organization of traditional enterprises limit in knowledge innovation, spread and share knowledge with external knowledge. Therefore this paper constructs virtual R&D team, analyzes theoretic basement of corporative R&D and reasonable inside knowledge spillover, discusses Virtual R&D Team operation frame from the key aspects of benefit distribution, knowledge transfer, inspirit and security mechanism.
