打击网络色情犯罪面临的问题及对策

目前我国网络色情犯罪形势严峻,打击网络色情工作中面临着许多问题:专门侦查力量薄弱,侦查取证难;相关法律不完善,定罪量刑难等。针对这些问题,要进一步提高侦查水平,加强打击力度,完善法律法规以更好地维护互联网的秩序和环境。

At present, our country network pornography activity situation is very severe, and we face many problems in the fighting against the internet pornography work： the special investigation strength is weak, the detection collection of the evidence is difficult; the related law is imperfect, the discretion of punishment to be difficult and so on. Aimed at these questions, we should enhance detection levels, strengthen the striking power and maintain the good order and the environment for the internet.
