摘要
目的:建立参芪扶正注射液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法:HITACHI L-7100型高效液相色谱仪(二元泵);Sepu3000工作站;Alltech2000型蒸发光散射检测器;KR100-5C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-水(35:65)为流动相,室温,流速0.8mL·min^-1;漂移管温度105℃;气体流速2.70mL·min^-1。结果:进样量浓度的对数值(X)与峰面积积分对数值(Y)之间呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.3184X+6.7165,r=0.9984,线性范围为0.0114~0.1425g·L^-1。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine astragaloside Ⅳ in the Shenqifuzheng injection. NIETHODS HITACHIL-7100 HPLC chromatograph was used with a column of KR100-5C18 (250 mm×4. 6 mm) and acetonitrile-water (35 :65) as mobile phase, flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1;The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 105℃, flow rate of nitrogen was 2. 70 mL·min^-1; Sepu 3000 workstation and Alltech2000 ELSD was used. The method has good precision,repeatability, solution stability and recovery. CONCLUSION The method is simple and result is accurate, which can be used to control the qualily of Shenqifuzheng injeclion.
