摘要
利用PRO/E建立了转弯索道绷轮支架的三维模型,将模型导入ANSYS软件后对支架在多种工况条件下的结构强度和刚度进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明,绷轮支架在安装角为10°和吊篮数目为15的工况性能最好并且满足安全设计要求。
3D model of single -rope circulating turn trial ropeway tight -wheel bracket is built using PRO/E software and is imported to the ANSYS program. The strength and stiffness finite element analysis of the bracket under many conditions are performed based on the model in ANSYS. The results show that the bracket has the optimum performance with an installation angle of 10 degrees and 15 nacelles, while meeting design requirements.
