电针对急性脑缺血大鼠血清NO、NOS、ET-1的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨电针对急性脑缺血的大鼠作用机制。方法将60只大鼠随机分为5组,即:空白组,假手术组,模型组,模型+电针人中、内关组(中内模型组),模型+电针曲池、足三里组(曲足组)。每组12只大鼠,随机分为甲、乙两小组。采用改良Longa线栓法制作大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型。甲组大鼠在24 h时处死,乙组大鼠在48 h时间点处死。采颈动脉血检测血清中NO、NOS和ET-1的含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组、中内模型组、曲足组大鼠血清NO、NOS、ET-1升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中内模型组血清中NO、NOS、ET-1的含量明显低于模型组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针能抑制NO、NOS、ET-1的过度升高,可能是电针中内模型组对急性脑缺血大鼠的作用机制之一。 Objective To investigate the pre-protective mechanism of electroacupuncture on acute cerebral ischemia. Methods 72 rats were randomly divided into six groups, namely blank, sham-operated, model, electroacupuncture renzhong and neiguan (ERN), model with electroacupuncture renzhong and neiguan(MERN), and model with electroacupuncture quchi and zusanli(MEQZ) groups, 12 rats in each group, all the groups were randomly divided into A and B group again. The models of rats with acute cerebral ischemia were induced according to modified thread pin of Longa. All rats in group A were killed after 24 hours, and in group B after 48 hours, then, the content of NO, NOS and ET-1 in serum were determined. Results The content of NO. NOS and ET-1 in serum in MERN decreased more obviously than that in model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of NO, NOS and ET-1 in serum are Inhibited excessively which may be one of the pre-protective mechanism of electroacupuncture on acute cerebral ischemia.
