摘要
为了在视觉检测中实现对数据的实时采集、处理与传输,提出了一种基于uC/OS-II实时操作系统的实时视觉检测方案。系统主要利用CMOS摄像机、高性能CPLD、ARM7芯片以及以太网接口芯片作为硬件平台。介绍了系统硬件电路和uC/OS-II软件程序的设计方案和工作流程。在实验室环境下进行检测试验,系统工作正常。
Focused on a real-time visual inspection system based on uC/OS-II real-time operation system,which realized the real-time acquisition, processing and transmission of data.This system made use of CMOS digital camera,high performance CPLD,ARM7 chip and Ethernet chip as its hardware platform.Introduced the design and working process of the hardware and especially the uC/OS-II programming.The inspection system worked normally when it was tested in the laboratory environment.
