摘要
利用万能电子试验机对热处理后的30CrMnSi钢进行常温拉伸试验,分析热处理对其常温拉伸性能的影响;利用洛氏硬度实验机对不同热处理后的30CrMnSi钢进行硬度测试,找出硬度的变化规律;同时利用扫描电镜对拉伸断口进行形貌分析。结果表明:常规淬火+中温回火和常规淬火+高温回火的硬度较高,塑韧性较高,综合力学性能较好。
The influence of heat treatment technology on tensile properties of 30CrMnSi steel at room temperature was analyzed by using electronic testing machine. The hardness change law was finded by rockwell hardness test. The surface fi'acture morphologies were analyzed by SEM. The experimental results show that, after quenching + midtemperature tempering and quenching +high-temperature tempering, the steel has the high hardness, high plastictoughness and good integrated mechanical properties.
