东胜煤超声水处理对CS2/NMP萃取率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用水对神府东胜煤样进行了超声萃取,通过GC/MS分析研究了其水萃取物的有机物的族组成,用FTIR分析其原煤及水萃余煤,比较它们在二硫化碳(CS2)和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)(体积比1∶1)混合溶剂中萃取率的不同。结果表明:水萃取物有机成分中含有多种含杂原子成分及烷烃;超声水萃取的萃余煤在CS2/NMP的混合溶剂中的萃取率大于原煤;红外光谱分析显示超声水萃取使原煤部分盐类的去除及煤中分子间氢键等的破坏可能是混合溶剂萃取率增高的原因。 Shenfu-dongsheng coals were extracted with water under ultrasonic irradiation at 70 ℃. The water after extracting coals was analyzed with GC/MS. Then the extraction yields of the extracted residue coal and raw coals with the carbon disulfide/N-2-pyrrolidinone (CS2/NMP) mixed solvent (1:1 by volume) was compared. It was found that the water after extracting coals was participate of polar compound and aliphatic hydrocarbon; The extraction yields of the water extracted residue coal obviously increased than that of raw coals; FTIR measurements show the removal of minerals in the water extracted residue coal suggesting the dissociation of the coal aggregation structure due to hydrogen bonds broken because of the removal of oxygen and hydroxyl oxygen, resulting in increase of the extraction yields of the water extracted residue coal increase.
