摘要
主要研究了不同添加物对镁铬砖抗热震性的影响。结果表明:在电熔再结合镁铬砖基质中分别外加2%的添加物,镁铬砖的抗热震性都有所提高。添加物在提高镁铬砖抗热震性上的顺序为:α-A l2O3+TiO2复合>α-A l2O3>ZrO2>TiO2,其中α-A l2O3+TiO2复合添加物是提高镁铬砖抗热震性的理想添加物。
The additives effect has been studied on thermal shock resistance of magnesite - chrome brick. The results indicate that when adding 2% addition to rebounded electrically fused magnesite - chrome brick, thermal shock resistance should been improved in some degrees. The order is as following: α-Al2O3 + TiO2 compound 〉α-Al2O3 〉 ZrO2 〉 TiO2. We can see the α- Al2O3+ TiO2 compound additive is better to magnesite - chrome brick for improvement of thermal shock resistance.
