摘要
阐述了绝缘油流动带电及裂解机理,给出了真空净化中影响绝缘油流动带电裂解的因素,并分析了其中的原因,提出了抑制真空净化中绝缘油流动带电裂解的方法。实践证明,该方法可以有效控制真空净化中油自身的带电量与油裂解产生的气体,保障了绝缘油的使用安全。
The mechanism of flow electrification and mechanism of decomposition for insulating oil have been expounded, the factors affecting flow electrified decomposition in vacuum purification of insulating oil being given, the causes being analysed,and preventive method being put forward. Practice shows that this method is effective for controlling the amount of electricity carried by oil - self and the gas produced from oil decomposition in the vacuum purification process,ensuring safety in application of the insulating oil.
