摘要
R&D 联盟中成员的核心能力为联盟快速组建并把握市场机遇创造了条件.本文利用实物期权方法对R&D 联盟的组建及其组建时机进行了研究,重点研究了成本节约效应、技术创新效应和成员在创新中的相对重要性对 R&D 联盟组建时机的影响.研究结果表明,成本节约效应越大,盟主越倾向于组建联盟,也越能促进R&D 联盟的快速组建;既追求技术创新效应又追求成本节约效应的联盟与只追求成本节约效应的联盟相比,在联盟组建时机上前者比后者提前的时间长度随着成员创新成本的增加而减小,随着成员在技术创新中的相对重要性的增加而呈现出左倾的"S"形非单调减小的特征.
In R&D dynamic alliance, the member' s core competences create the condition, which can help alliance to catch market opportunity and construct dynamic alliance quickly. In this paper, the method of real options is applied to study the construction and construct timing of R&D dynamic alliance. The study focuses on the impacts of cost-saved effect, innovation effect, and member' s relative importance in innovation on the timing of construction of dynamic alliance. The study shows that the larger the effect of cost-saved is, the more the chief of an alliance tend to construct alliance, the more quick the R&D alliance is promoted to construct. The alliance, which pursues innovation effect and cost saved effect, constructs alliance quickly more than the one, which only pursue cost saved. The interval between the latter and the former is decreasing with increasing of the innovation cost, and presents non-monotony decrease in the form of ‘S' shape with increasing of member' s relative importance.
