Testing and Research on the Performance of Honeycomb Paperboard Pallets

蜂窝纸板复合托盘具有重量轻、易回收、易降解、平整光滑、减振、缓冲、无须熏蒸、造价低、环保等优点,成为被大量采用的新型代木托盘。按国标要求对其进行静态、动态等试验,分析各项性能指标,并对一些不合理的设计提出改进意见。

Honeycomb paperboard pallet is a new substitute of wood pallets which has been applied widely; it has a lot of advantages, such as light, easy to reclaim, easy degradation, a glossy surface, vibration damping, no fumigation, low cost, and no pollution. The performance was analyzed by state and dynamic experiment on Chinese standard. Then some suggestions were put forward to improve unreasonable designs.
