摘要
降水纠倾法是一种操作简单、费用低廉的建筑物纠倾方法,其原理在于通过土体中有效应力增加促使建筑物沉降而达到纠倾的目的。本文详细介绍了降水纠倾法的原理、不同情况下的降深、沉降量和纠倾量的计算方法,详细讨论了降水纠倾施工过程中应该注意的问题,包括降水井的施工顺序、沉降观测点的布置方式、抽水控制方法以及纠倾完成后降水井的处理加固措施,最后引用工程实例说明降水纠倾应注意的事项。
Dewatering correction is an easy-operating and low-cost method of building correction. In the dewatering correction method, the effective stress caused by dewatering can stimulate the settlement of the inclined building to finish the correction. The paper introduces in detail the principle of dewatering correction and the calculation method of dewatering depth, settlement and tilt, and discusses some problems during the construction process of dewatering correction, such as construction order of well, point location for settlement observation, the method of dewatering control and reinforcement method after the corrrection. Some potential problems are tackled by an engineering example.
