颜料对涂布牛皮卡纸预涂覆盖性的影响

Effect of Pigments on Pre-coating Coverage of the Coated Kraft Liner Board

研究了国产GCC、高岭土两种颜料及其不同组合对涂布牛皮卡纸预涂覆盖性的影响,并在此基础上,对二次预涂进行优化,研究了二次预涂中添加进口钛白粉及用国产煅烧高岭土部分代替进口钛白粉和高岭土对涂层覆盖性的影响。结果表明,经国产高岭土预涂后纸板的白度、覆盖性、平滑度、PPS粗糙度和光泽度比经GCC预涂的效果要好。二次预涂中添加进口钛白粉显著提高了纸板白度及覆盖性;用煅烧高岭土代替部份钛白粉和高岭土可获得良好的覆盖性及白度。

The effect of domestic GCC and clay on pre-coating coverage of the coated kraft liner board was studied. In order to optimize the second pre-coating, the effect of using TiO2 and using calcined clay to replace part of the TiO2 as the pigment on the coating coverage in the second precoating was also investigated. The results indicated that the brightness, coverage, smoothness, gloss and PPS of the board with clay pre-coating is much better than that with GCC pre-coating. Adding imported TiO2 in the second pre-coating can remarkably improve the coverage and brightness of the coated board. The brightness and coverage of the coated boards are improved significantly when one part TiO2 is replaced by two parts of calcined clay.
