中学体育教师素质调查与体育教育专业课程改革

On the Investigation of P.E Teachers' Qualities in Middle Schools and the Reform of P.E Curriculum

中学体育教师的素质状况是高校体育教育专业培养人才质量的体现,关系到新世纪我国体育事业的健康发展。采用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等方法对湖南省部分在职中学体育教师的素质状况进行调查研究,发现中学体育教师综合素质方面的高低与现行高校体育教育专业课程设置和教与学的方法上有着直接的关系,并提出了变革课程设置的相应策略。

The condition of P. E teachers＇ qualities in middle school reflects the quality of P. E education in colleges. By researching the qualities of some P. E teachers in some areas of Hunan province, we get a conclusion that the qualities of P. E teachers are closely related to the curriculum of P. E education.
