摘要
对具有急回特性、可应用于插齿机主运动的双曲柄滑块六杆机构进行了优化研究,使其在工作行程内速度均匀,缩短了工作空行程,提高了回程速度,可以大大改善插齿机主运动性能,提高插削效率和插齿齿面质量。
This paper presented an optimization method to the double crank slider six bar mechanism, which had quick-return characteristics, and was used in main drive of gear shaper. The stable velocity in working stroke is obtained, the working stroke is shortened, and the return velocity is raised,all of these can improve the main drive of gear shaper greatly,and raise cutting efficiency and surface quality of the gear shape.
