摘要
现有的烷基苯生产中,符合生产三次采油用表面活性剂的烷基苯原料产量有限,难以满足三元复合驱大规模工业化推广的要求。综述了目前国内外烷基苯和高碳烯烃的生产和研究发展概况,介绍了国外工业上生产高碳烯烃所用的Gulf法、Ethyl法、SHOP法和Linde法等,指出这些工艺虽然比较成熟,可以用于生产符合三次采油用烷基苯的原料C14-18烯烃产品,但是生产的烯烃都存在一定的碳数分布规律,因此需要自主研发新型的生产方法或工艺。
The outputs of alkylbenzene for EOR material in the present production are too small to satisfy the requirement of large-scale ASP industrial application. The general situation of national and international manufacture and research progress in alkylbenzene and higher-carbon olefin are reviewed. The processes abroad for higher-carbon olefin include Gulf, Ethyl, SHOP, and Linde ones, which can produce C14- 18 olefin. However, these existent processes are more or less confined to the carbon number distribution principle. Thus, the R&D of novel production method and process out of their own efforts is absolutely needed to prepare the C14- 18 olefin.
