Determination Content of Peony Tree Bark in Peony by HPLC

目的:用高效液相色谱法测定不同产地的牡丹皮中丹皮酚含量。方法:采用了高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚的含量,色谱柱:Hichrspner5-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(60:40),检测波长274nm,柱温25℃。结果:线性范围:在选定色谱条件下线性范围良好,丹皮酚的样品加样回收率为99.16%,RSD为0.26%(n=5)。丹皮酚含量顺序为:安徽丹皮>贵州丹皮>四川丹皮>云南丹皮>河北丹皮。结论:该方法快速简便,结果准确可靠。

Objective： Using HPLC Method to test the content determination of Peony tree bark in Peony. Methods： HPLC was carried out under the conditons as followed： HICHRSPNERS-C18 column （4.6mm × 250mm, 5 μm） at 25℃ using CH3OH：H2O （ 60 ： 40 ） as mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 274nm. Resuhs ： The good linear relationship was obtained under the optimum conditions. The recoveries of the standards added Peony tree bark phenol 99.16 %, respectively, while the relative standard deviations were 0.26 % （ n=5 ）. Peony tree bark in Anhui〉 Peony tree bark in Guizhou〉 Peony tree bark in Sichuan〉 Peony tree bark in Yunnan〉 Peony tree bark in Hebei. Conclusion ： The method is rapid and precise.
