摘要
研究并建立了鳗鱼中克螨特,禾草丹,呋线威残留量的气相质谱的多残留同时检测方法。鳗鱼样品经乙酸乙酯提取后,氮吹浓缩有机溶剂后,残油用丙酮溶解后用乙腈反提,反提液经弗罗里硅土和中性氧化铝混合SPE小柱净化后。GC-MS测定。此方法应用微量液液分配结合SPE净化方法能很好地去除鳗鱼基质中大量的油脂及其他干拢物,操作简便快速。成本低,易于推广。禾草丹,克螨特,呋线威在鳗鱼中添加水平为0.01~0.1 mg/kg时,回收率范围分别为70.7%~102.2%,80.0%~103.6%,68.0%~92.6%,RSD范围7.4%~15.4%,检测限分别为0.00069、0.0092、0.0075 mg/kg,符合残留分析的要求。
A rapid method to determine simultaneously pesticide the residues of thiobencarb, propargite and furathiocarb in eel was developed. The method consisted of extraction of samples with ethyl acetate,concentrated by nitrogen-blow, micro-partition, purified through a florisil and alumina neutral gel SPE column and determination by GC-MS. When the concentration was 0.01-0. 1mg/kg,the recoveries was from 70.7% -102.2%. 80.0%-103.6%,68.0%-92.6%and the relative standard deviations ranged from 7,4%- 15.4%(n=6) ,the detection limitation were 0. 00069 mg/kg,0.0092 mg/kg,0. 0075mg/kg for thiobencarb, propargite and furathiocarb respectively. Reasonable recoveries for routine analysis were obtained.
