摘要
为了检验茅台酒原料生产地是否受到污染。对黔北小麦、高粱种植区土壤—作物系统中Cd、Hg、Pb、和Ni等有毒重金属的质量分数进行了测定,利用单因子污染指数法和加权综合污染指数法进行了污染评价。评价结果表明,贵州小麦、高粱种植区土壤均未受到污染,但是土壤中Pb已经达到警戒水平;农作物小麦、高粱中的Cd、Hg、Pb、和Ni等元素含量处于食品安全水平以下。
The Cd, Hg, Pb and Ni content in the soil-crops system of wheat and sorghum planting area in north Guizhou was determined and the pollution indexes were evaluated by the single factor pollution index method and weighted comprehensive pollution index method to know the heavy metal pollution status of soils for planting Maotai raw materials. The results show that there is no heavy metal pollution in wheat-sorghum planting areas, but the Pb content in the soil reaches the warning level, and the Cd, Hg, Pb, and Ni content in wheat and sorghum is below food safety level.
