The recent research and development of fabrication methods of SiCf/SiC composites for fusion reactors are reviewed, the properties of mechanics, radiation resistance, gas permeability, thermal stability and LiPb corn patibility etc and joining techniques of SiCf/SiC composites are introduced, with summarization and prospect.
