摘要
通过设计一光栅尺接口模块实现X-Y-Z轴光栅信号的细分、辨向、位移测量,并利用接口电路把位移信号传到上位机。采用此接口模块避免了直接由CPU来处理光栅尺信号而过多占用CPU软硬件资源。在接口电路设计中使用GAL22V10进行I/O端口控制和地址译码。
Design the interface circuit of raster. This interface module is used to realize subdivision. distinguish direction.displacement measurement of the X-Y-Z axis' signal and transmit the signal of displacement to the computer. This interface module can avoid dealing with the signal of raster in the computer. GAL22V10 is used to control of I/O port and decode address in the interface circuit.
