直接苛化法制取优质腐钠

Producing Quality Humic Natrium by Direct Direct Causticization

以优质腐殖酸为原料，用高质量浓度的ＮａＯＨ水溶液作苛化剂，直接苛化制取优质腐殖酸钠．当ＮａＯＨ质量浓度为２．０～２．２ｋｇ／Ｌ，加入量为３６～３８个碱单位时，制得的腐钠各项技术指标均可达到国标对腐钠的要求．本法具有设备投资少，不需要蒸发浓缩工序、能源消耗低等优点．

Using the quality humic acid as raw material and the hyperconcentrating solution caustic natrium as caustic agent, the quality humic natrium is produced by direct causticization. When the concentration of caustic natrium is 0.20～0.22kg/L and the additional quantity of caustic natrium is 36～38 caustic units, over 60% quality humic matrium is obtained. This method has the advantages of less investment of equipments, no evaporating and concentratry procedures and saving enerty.
