摘要
用不同浓度的SOD模型化合物(Superoxidedismutasemodelcompound,SODMC)以喷洒和浸种与喷洒相结合两种方式处理油菜,研究SODMC对油菜幼苗抗寒性的影响.结果表明,在一定范围内,随着SODMC处理浓度的增加,两种处理的幼苗SOD活性、叶绿素含量均随之增高,而电导率随之降低,过氧化物酶(POD)活性略有下降.且浸种与喷洒相结合的处理方式比喷洒的效果好.由此可认为:用SODMC处理幼苗可在一定程度上提高油菜幼苗的抗寒性,减轻低温胁迫对膜的损伤.
In this paper,the functions of SODMC treatment on the chilling resistance of rape seedlings were studied. The results are as follows:By the way of spraying and spraying together with soaking.the SODMC in certain concentration promotes the chilling resistance of rape seedlings and decreases the hurt to membrane under chilling stress. Among the others, the SOD activity, content of chlorophyll are higher respectively than those in control; and the electrolytic leakage, POD activity are lower. Further more the effect of the treatment of the way of spraying together with soaking is better than that of only spraying.
