顶空固相微萃取GC/MS分析水果香气成分 被引量:10

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取气质联用的方法,对苹果、桔子、香蕉、南果梨的香气成分进行分析,从苹果中鉴定出10种香气成分,从桔子中鉴定出28种香气成分,从香蕉中鉴定出23种香气成分,从南果梨中鉴定出28种香气成分.
