摘要
在人才培养模式不断改革的今天,努力提高人才培养质量,提高大学生就业创业的核心竞争力,已经成为高校改革的关键和重点。在分析核心能力和工科专业学生就业竞争力的基础上指出,大工程观念将会对现代高等工程教育教学改革提出新的标准与要求。为此,引入21世纪备受企业欢迎的员工素质拓展培训方案,并结合应用型工科高校的特点进行具体实施,以提升工科学生的自我认识能力、团队协作和沟通能力、良好的职业素养,以及综合分析和解决实际工程问题的能力,激发学生的创新创业精神,塑造健康的人格。
At the present time when talent training models are always changing, the key to college reform is to strive to enhance students' caliber, to foster students' core competence in entrepreneurship and employment. Based upon the analysis of core competence and engineering major students' employment competence, this paper points out that the awareness of overall engineering will call for new standard and requirements of modern higher engineering education reform. No doubt, it is necessary to introduce training plan of quality development which has gained wide popularity among enterprise staff in the 21st century. Such a plan should be implemented in the light of the characteristics of application - oriented engineering colleges for the purpose of improving engineering majored students' self - recognition ability, team - work spirit, communication skill and professional quality. The definite and primary goal is to arouse students' creative and innovative spirit and to shape healthy personality.
