摘要
当前,民族地区的民族教育与经济发展相互作用有良性、恶性两种循环模式,处于"以经济建设为中心———教育要优先发展"的低水平均衡。双语教育与经济发展的离差效应主要表现在教育目的远离经济发展实际、教学内容不适应民族地区经济发展的实际、教育体系及专业结构不能满足民族地区社会多层次多类型人才的需要。树立教育为生产、生活服务的教育思想及民族教育社会化、调整教材内容、加强教育与实践的结合、坚持双语教育的双向性等当是解决离差效应的主要对策。
At present, there are two modes of development, good or bad, as for the interaction of education and economic development in the ethnic minority areas. The balance at the low level Taking economic development as the center, education is on the top priority of development. The deviation effect of bilingual education and economic development in the ethnic minority area mainly displays in these aspects :The educational goal is far away from the economic development reality. The teaching content cannot meet the demand for multi-level, multi-type talented personnel of the economic development of the ethnic minority area. The author proposes that to solve this problem we need to euhivate the idea that education should serve for production, life and socialization of ethnic education, make adjustment for teaching content, enhance the combination of education and practice, and stick to the dual direction of bilingual education.
