摘要
目的探讨超滤膜分离法制备车前草可溶性膳食纤维的可行性。方法高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定可溶性膳食纤维组分分子量,选用分子量为10万的中空纤维超滤膜进行截留。结果可溶性膳食纤维两个组分的分子量分别为:1.81×105和2.0×106,超滤制备的可溶性膳食纤维含量为80.4%。结论该方法采用全物理过程,工艺简单可行,产品纯度高。
Objective To test the possible preparation of soluble dietary fiber(SDF) from Plantago asiatica by using ultra filtration. Methods The molecular weight of SDF was determined by HPLC and the 0.1 million molecular weight of hollow fibrous ultra filtration membrane was used, Results The purity of prepared SDF was up to 80, 4%, Conclusion This method is a purely physical process, it is simple and feasible, and the purity of product is high,
