摘要
从通用卫星平台的结构出发,建立了其空间尺寸链,分析了影响装配精度的误差因素,根据系统的功能需求特点,阐述了系统的数据流程,着重研究了基于Pro/E环境下软件的二次开发技术,采用等精度的公差分配原则,在此基础上完成了卫星平台精度分配系统的开发,实验表明,该系统可以有效地提高装配效率。
Based on the structure of general satellite platform, it was established its space dimension chain and analyzed the error factors affecting assembly accuracy. According to the function requirement, the paper de scribed system's data flow, emphatically researched extended development technology based on Pro/E, and accomplished the development of satellite platform accuracy distribution system, using the principle of equal precision tolerance allocation. Experimental results show that this system could improve the assembly efficiency effectively.
