三嗪类紫外线吸收剂的应用及同浴染色性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 用自制三嗪类紫外线吸收剂做抗紫外整理,当其用量达到0.6%(owf)时,织物UPF值即可达到40以上,经50次洗涤后UPF值保留率仍在90%以上,且整理前后织物物理机械性能变化不大.测试表明,三嗪类紫外线吸收剂与纯棉织物的反应率可达到65%以上,且随着布面整理剂带有量的增加,UPF值线性增加.同浴染色实验表明,三嗪类紫外线吸收剂与活性染料同浴染色时对色光和得色量有一定影响,当紫外线吸收剂用量较少时,可与活性染料KE-3B、K-3R同浴使用. The self-made triazine UV-absorber was used for anti-ultraviolet finish. The UPF of treated fabric reached more than 40 when the UV-absorber dosage was 0.6% (owf), and the retention rate of UPF still mai- ntained more than 90% after 50 times laundering. The physical and mechanical properties of the treated fabric changed little. The tests results indicated that the UV-absorber had good reactivity with cotton fabric and the re- activity ratio was over 65%. Furthermore, UPF of the fabric increased linearly with the augment of the finishing agent on the cloth cover. One-bath dyeing experiment showed that the triazine UV-absorber affected the hue and color yield of the fabric in certain extent when immersed with reactive dyes in one bath. When the prepared triazine compound dosage was lower, it could be used together with reactive dyes KE-3B and K-3R in one bath.
