摘要
基于农民工享有城市公共服务的现状,分析了农民工与城市公共服务的规范关系,提出了覆盖农民工的城市公共服务体系框架思路。
Based on the status of the migrant workers＇ enjoying the urban public service, analyzed the normative relationship between the migrant workers and the urban public service, and offered the frame thought for the urban public service system covering the migrant workers.
