摘要
随着网络如旋风般席卷世界,我们的生活也发生着前所未有的改变。网络作为一种科技手段被运用于各个领域,而网络犯罪则成为法学的热点问题,这种犯罪具有新的特征和形式,网络色情犯罪就是新的产物之一。那么,如何界定网络色情犯罪?它和传统色情犯罪有何区别?对于网络色情犯罪造成的愈来愈大的社会危害,我们应如何运用立法、司法及相关手段进行控制或防治?这些正是本文要探究的问题。
As the intemet sweeps across the world, our life is encountering the unprecedented change. As a technological means, interact is applied in all areas, so internet crime becomes the key topic in legal area. This kind of crime has new features and forms, and intemet pornographic crime is a new kind of this crime. How should it be defined？ What is the difference between it and traditional pornographic crime？ How can we control and prevent this crime with legislative, judicial and other relevant means？ All the points are studied in this paper.
