对汉简《引书》健康导引法中身体部位名称及动作术语的考释

Study on the name of the guidance way about health without using an apparatus on bamboo slips in the Yin Shu from the Han dynasty

1984年1月,在湖北省江陵的张家山2200年前的汉墓中出土了竹简《引书》。对于《引书》中的健康导引法中的身体部位名称及动作术语的先行研究还处于言及水平,而且存在很多问题。运用文献资料研究法分析了现存问题,解明了《引书》中的健康导引术式身体部位名称及动作术语内涵,为解开《引书》之谜,为丰富中国和亚洲及世界体育史的研究提供重要史料。

Yin Shu, a book about improving health in a homing way, was released at Zhangjiashan, Jiangling, Hubei province from ancient tomb in Han dynasty （about 2200 years ago） in January 1984. Too much simple research about the name of the routine of the homing improving health way was taken, but still just plainly mentioned sometimes and many questions remained. This essay analyzes the questions in a researching the literature and information way, explains deep meaning of the name of the routine of the homing improving health way, released the mystery of Yin Shu, provides important historical material for enriching the research of the China, Asia and even world sports history.
