摘要 综合分析牙髓干细胞的研究现状及发展方向,以期更好地分离鉴定牙髓干细胞,提高牙髓干细胞的体外增殖活性。通过对入选文献进行分析整理,将牙髓干细胞从干细胞理论、牙髓干细胞概念、牙髓干细胞生物学特性及牙髓干细胞培养4方面进行分析。虽然目前对牙髓干细胞的生物学特性、培养方法及应用前景已有一定了解,但牙髓干细胞的体外培养扩增、鉴定和分子机制等问题尚未完全清楚,这对牙髓干细胞的应用起到决定性作用。牙髓组织取材容易,利用牙髓干细胞研究牙齿器官发育、牙髓损伤修复的分子机制,以期最终能寻找更好地解决牙髓组织损伤修复的治疗方法。 This study aimed to analyze the present status and developing direction of dental pulp stem cells to separate and identify dental pulp stem cells better and enhance cell proliferation ability in vitro. After analyzing and coordinating accepted literatures, we would analyze dental pulp stem cells from the theory of stem cells, the concept, the biological characteristics and the culture of dental pulp stem cells. We have achieved some achievements about biological characteristics, culture method and applied prospect of dental pulp stem cells, but in vitro culture, identification and the molecular mechanism of dental pulp stem cells are not absolutely clear in this research field. This will be vital to the application of dental pulp stem cells. For pulp tissues are easy to be obtained, it is possible to research the molecular mechanism of dental organs development and dental pulp restoration and to find the better method of clinic treatment for dental pulp damage with dental pulp stem cells.
