摘要
全球经济的快速发展,带动了对能源的开发和生产需求,亦相应带动了对海洋工程建造的需求,因此可以预期,国内将会有更多的船舶企业进入国内和国际的海洋工程建造市场。基于对船舶企业生产计划管理模式以及海洋工程项目计划管理要求的分析,提出了船舶企业建立海洋工程项目计划管理的方法,并对企业组织结构的调整、职责的设置、计划管理层次的划分、WBS与权重的安排以及进度控制的方法进行了详细的论述。
The rapid development of globe economy pushes the need to the exploration and production of energy resources and the need to the construction of offshore project. Therefore, it is anticipated that there will be more and more domestic shipyards entering into the domestic and international construction market of offshore project. Based on the analysis of production management model of domestic shipyards and the scheduling requirement of offshore project, the methods for a domestic shipyard to establish the scheduling management system for offshore project is presented, and the adjustment of organization structure of enterprise, the stipulation of responsibility of related departments, the hierarchizing of schedule management, the arrangement of WBS and weights as wekk as the method of schedule control are in detail described in this paper.
