摘要
为建立桑GAP标准化生产基地,根据《中药材生产质量管理规范(试行)》的要求,对广东宝桑园桑树种植基地的环境空气质量、水环境质量和土壤环境质量现状进行分析评价。结果表明,基地土壤样品和灌溉水样品中的pH值在标准规定范围内,灌溉水样品分析项目(总汞、总镉、总铅、总砷、六价铬、氟化物和粪大肠杆菌含量)、土壤样品分析项目(总汞、总镉、总铅、总砷、总铬和总铜含量)和大气监测分析项目(总悬浮物颗粒、二氧化硫、氮氧化物和氟化物含量)的单项污染指数均小于1,表明该基地环境空气质量以及灌溉水、土壤环境质量均符合国家相应标准,适宜桑的GAP种植与开发。
To develop Good Agricultural Practice(GAP) base of Morus L. for Chinese crude drug, a base in Enping county of Guangdong province was monitored and evaluated from aspects of air, water and soil etc. The results showed that all of single pollution index of air, water and soil was less than 1, indicated that the environment of the base had not been polluted and the pollution level was "clean". We suggested that the environment quality of the base meets GAP requirement'and it is suitable to plant Morus L. for Chinese crude drug.
