摘要
在硝酸-硫酸-废酸体系中,将4-氯-3-硝基三氟甲苯直接硝化成4-氯-3,5-二硝基三氟甲苯,用气相色谱对反应终点进行判断,红外光谱对反应产物进行分析。采用拟均相法建立了数学模型,根据实验所得的动力学数据,采用Matlab软件回归得到4-氯-3-硝基三氟甲苯在硝酸-硫酸-废酸体系中硝化反应的宏观动力学方程,模型的计算值和实验值吻合较好,证明该模型的合理性,为废酸的循环利用提供了计算依据。
The 4-chloro-3,5-dinitrotrifluoromethylbenzen was synthesized from 4-chloro-3-nitrotrifluoromethylbenzen by direct nitrification with mixed acid, and the product was analyzed by IR analysis. According to the kinetic data, the macroscopic kinetic equation of the nitrification of 4-chloro-3-nitrotrifluoromethylbenzen in the system of nitric acid- sulfuric acid-waste acid was regressed by the program of Matlab. The values calculated by this model are consistent well with the experimental values. It provides the calculate basis for recycling utilization of waste acid.
