通过分析蔬菜农药残留超标的原因,提出开展蔬菜农药残留安全系统评价和风险评估的模式及措施,旨在探讨如何提高蔬菜质量安全水平,促进蔬菜产业的健康发展。

Pesticide residue in vegetables has already become the hot spot problem which pay more attention to extensively in society. The causes of pesticide residue in vegetables are investigated, the models and measures on safety analysis and risk evaluation in pesticide residue of vegetables are proposed, in order to study how to improve the level of quality safety of vegetables, and promote the health development of vegetable industry.
