摘要
本文采用专利h-指数,对世界500强中的信息通讯技术领域的典型公司的专利进行了评价,结果表明专利h-指数是一项很好的评价专利质量的指标。进一步通过将500强公司与中国信息通讯技术领域申请专利量最多的4家公司进行比较,发现了我国企业与跨国公司在专利质量方面存在的明显差距,进而提出了相关的建议。
In this paper, we use the patent h - index to assess quality of patents from representative companies of Global 500 in the field of information and communication technology. The result indicates that patent h - index is a suitable index to evaluate patent quality. By making international comparison between Global 500 companies and four leading innovative companies of China in patent appli- cation, we find a distinct gap between China＇ s companies and multinationals. Finally, policy implications and suggestions based on the findings are concluded.
