社会家庭支持状态与慢性乙肝患者生活质量的相关性研究

Research on the relatetion ship between the status of family and social support and the quality of life in the Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的调查分析慢性乙型肝炎患者的生活质量和社会家庭支持状态的关系。方法采用问卷调查法，随机抽样对288例门诊和住院的乙肝患者进行调查。结果显示乙肝患者的生活质量与其社会家庭支持有正相关关系。结论护理人员应积极调动社会各方面的力量和患者家属的主观能动性等多方面的支持，以求最大限度的提高乙肝患者的生活质量。

Objective Investigation the relationship between the chronic hepatitis B patients quality of life and social and family status. Methods Using a questionnaire survey,random sample of 288 out-patient and hospitalization of patients with hepatitis B. Results The chronic hepatitis B patients quality of life and the status of social and family have a positive correlation. Conclusion Nurses should actively mobilize all Support, such as social forces and the patient＇ s family initiative,in order to maximize the improvement of the quality of life of hepatitis B patients.
