摘要
为完成军服调整改革中面料的创新研制任务,采用防透纤维、复合弹性纤维、高强维纶、原液着色仿毛涤纶长丝等新型纤维材料,进行多组分混纺、高导湿异形截面芯丝的环锭包芯纱等纱线结构优化,并采用粗纱号低密度透气抗皱的织物结构设计和数码迷彩设计等方法,研制了军官礼服、春秋常服、内穿和外穿衬衣、夏裤面料、士兵春秋常服和冬常服面料以及新型作训服面料。其中采用包芯纱结构的衬衣面料具有全棉手感,克服了棉织品易皱的问题;采用高强维纶纤维混纺的新型作训服面料,耐用性显著提高,其耐平磨次数与原标准相比提高了5倍。
To complete the innovation assignment of adjusting and developing new-style military uniform fabric, new fibre material were adopted including opaque fibre, composite elastic fibre, high strength vinylon, mass-dyed wool-like polyester filament et al. Multiple components were blended and spun, ring spun yarn structure of high moisture profiled cross-section core filament were optimized. Fabric including officer full dress, spring and autumn uniform, inner and out- er shirt, summer trousers fabric, spring autumn and winter soldiers uniform, new training unifrom were researched in method which adopting coarse count lower density breathable anti-crease fabric structure design and digital patteln paint- ing et al. Shirt fabric that adopting core-spun yarn structure arc full cotton handful, overcome cotton product easy to crease. High strength vinylon were adopted as new training fabric, durability were improved greatly, the flat abrasion time is increased five times compared to original standard.
