摘要
介绍了数字家庭网的组成和技术进展,提出了采用无源光网络(PON)技术实现光纤到户后,利用超宽带(UWB)无线通信技术构建数字家庭网的解决方案.阐述了PON的关键技术和UWB的关键技术,给出了支持PON协议和UWB传输协议的宽带网关设计思想.
The components and technical progress of digital home network are introduced.A new solution program for digital home network is proposed based on its development＇s direction,which combines the ＂last mile＂ and the ＂last ten meters＂ technique,the cable transmission and wireless transmission technique.In this program,the Passive Optical Network（PON） technique is used to realize Fiber to the Home（FTTH）,the Ultra-Wideband（UWB） wireless communication technique is used to construct the indoor network.The key technologies of PON and UWB are expounded and the design of the broadband protocol gateway is described.
