摘要
电网实时动态监测系统对电力系统安全稳定运行及监测起着重要作用。介绍了安徽电网实时动态监测系统主站的配置和平台方案,论述了以PI数据库+Oracle数据库为电网实时动态监测系统主站平台,以PI数据库存储电网动态数据、Oracle数据库存储电网模型和结构的优越性,分析了电网扰动与电网正常运行操作表现出的不同物理特性,找出了合理的判据,实现了电网扰动情况下的实时正确报警;阐述了状态估计和低频振荡实现的方法;系统投运以来,运行高效可靠,表明了设计的合理性和有效性。
The real-time dynamic monitoring system plays an important role for power system to realize a safe, reliable operation and efficient monitoring. This paper introduces the system configuration and platform scheme of Anhui real-time dynamic monitoring system, and discusses the system platform, which based on PI and Oracle database, and PI database stores dynamic date, Oracle database stores electric power network model and superiority of structure This paper analyzes the physical characters in power network disturbance and in natural operation, and gives reasonable criterion to realize the teal-time alarm in power network disturbance This paper expatiates the way of sate estimation and low frequency oscillation. The reliable and efficient operation of the system indicates the rationality and validity of the design.
