A Discussion on Liu Xi-yi’s Roaming

结合诗人现存诗歌以及唐代的交通路线考察,刘希夷大规模的游历始于唐高宗上元二年举进士之后,游历各地的顺序大致是取道襄阳至隋州,后远游江南,又从江南溯长江而上,行经巫山至蜀地成都。漫游其间诗人或曾返回京、洛。

According to the poetry of Liu Xi-yi, a famous poet in early Tang Dynasty, and the traffic route in Tang Dynasty, his broad roaming experience began in the 2^nd year of Shangyuan in the rule of Tang Gaozong. His visiting order of the places all over the whole country may be like this： Xiangyang- Suizhou- jiangnan- Wushan- Chengdu, during his roaming he was ever be back to the capital.
