摘要
目的研究enmein、serrin B、nodosin和lasiodonin对HL60细胞株和LOVO细胞株的增殖抑制活性。方法应用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法筛选enmein、serrin B、nodosin和lasiodonin对HL60细胞株和LOVO细胞株的细胞毒活性。结果enmein、serrin B、nodosin和lasiodonin对HL60细胞株和LOVO细胞株都有一定程度的抑制作用,其抑制活性呈现剂量-效应关系,其中以serrin B和nodosin效果较为显著。结论enmein、serrin B、nodosin和lasiodonin是中药溪黄草拮抗白血病和结肠癌的有效成分,溪黄草具有一定的防治白血病和结肠癌的作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of enmein, serrin B, nndosin and lasiodonin on growth of HL60 cells and LOVO ceils in vitro. Methods The cytotoxieity of enmein,serrin B,nodosin and lasiodonin on HL60 cells and LOVO cells were determined with MTT colorimetric assay. Results Enmein,serrin B, nodosin and lasiodonin could all to some extent inhibit the growth of HL60 ceils and LOVO cells in vitro. Their inhibitory effects were more obvious with dose rising,which took on doseeffect relationship. Conclusion Enmein,serrin B,nodosin and lasiodonin are the active components of Rabdosia serra(Maxim) Hara, which can offer more choice for the treatment of leukemia and colon carcinoma.
