添加棉籽饼脱毒剂前后饲料中营养成分的测定及动物饲喂试验

Measurement of Feed Nutritional Compositions Before and after Adding Cottonseed Cake Detoxication Agent and Research on Raising Layers

本试验对添加棉籽饼脱毒剂前后饲料中营养成分的变化作了测定。脱毒剂的添加量为：饲料０．３％，棉籽饼２％，添加脱毒剂后将饲料搅拌均匀，放置１５天后测定。测定结果表明，添加脱毒剂前后饲料和棉籽饼中的干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷等成分变化不大，饲料中维生素Ａ、Ｂ１、Ｂ２，添加脱毒剂前后含量分别为７．１２、１．９０、３．０８ｍｇ／ｋｇ，添加后的含量分别为７．７１、１．８８、２．９９ｍｇ／ｋｇ，维生素Ａ略有升高，其它差异不显著。用添加脱毒剂的棉籽饼（分别占日粮的７．５％，１５％）饲喂产蛋鸡，在１５０天的试验期内，对照组及１５％、７．５％组的产蛋率分别为６９．３８％、７０．９９％、７１．３７％，总产蛋量分别为２９４６．９１、２９８２．３０、３０３５．１８ｋｇ，蛋料比分别为１∶２．６９、１∶２．７１、１∶２．７４，两个试验组的产蛋率都显著高于对照组，生产性能不受影响，反而有所提高。

Feed nutritional compositions were measured before and after adding cottonseed cake detoxication agent in the experiment.The detoxication agent made up 0.5% of feed and 2% of cottonseed cake.The feed and cottonseed cake was mixed evenly with detoxition agent and measurement was made after 15 days.The experiment revealed that the dry matter,crude protien,crude fat,crude fiber,crude ash,Ca,P of feed and cottonseed cake varied little.Vitamin A,B 1 B 2 were 7.12,1.90,3.08mg/kg before adding detoxication agent separately and 7.71,1.88,2.99mg/kg after adding detoxication agent.Vitamin B 1,B 2 between the 2 groups had not obvious difference except vitamin A.The laying rate of layers raising cottonseed cake adding detoxication agent(cottonsseed cake made up 7.5%,15% of ration separately)of the control,7.5%,15% groups were 69.38%,70.99%,71.37%,total layering output were 2946.91,2982.30,3035.18kg,the ratio of egg and feed were 1∶2.69,1∶2.71,1∶2.74 separately in 150 days.The layering rate of the 2 experimemt groups was much higher than control group.The productivity was not affected and was raised a little.The experiment showed that the cottonseed cake adding detoxication agent was safe in layers.
