国家大学科技园建设的实践与探索——以中国石油大学为例

Construction and Exploration of National University Technical Garden:Take China University of Petroleum for Instance

通过论述中国石油大学国家大学科技园的建设与发展历程,分析了科技园在构筑区域科技公共平台、支撑科技创新发展等方面的巨大作用,并提出建设集产学研合作、创新资源聚集、高端产业孵化、国际科技合作交流及区域创新文化培育于一体的生态产业研发创新基地和科技服务业集聚园区,支撑黄河三角洲实现可持续发展。

Through the construction and development process of China University of Petroleum＇s science and technology garden, this article analyzed that the technical garden constructed tremendous role to build technology platform and support scientific and technological innovation, proposed that the Eco-industrial R ＆ D and innovation base and the technological service industry which gathered by university-industry cooperation, innovation resources accumulation,high-end industrial incubator ,international scientific and technological cooperation and region innovation culture cultivation. The preceding text was to support the Yellow River delta to implement the sustainable development.
