摘要
调查了柑橘类精油中普遍存在的呋喃香豆素类物质及其对皮肤的光化学毒性作用。采用UV技术测定了四种市售芳香疗法用柑橘类精油:橙油、柠檬油、葡萄柚精油与佛手柑精油中呋喃香豆素的含量,并使用液-液萃取分离技术对这四种精油进行了脱呋喃香豆素类化合物试验,开发研制了四种脱敏精油。这些脱敏精油在芳香疗法使用剂量下,呋喃香豆素类化合物的含量均在20mg/kg以下,保证了使用的安全与可靠。
The furanocoumarins that are prevalent in citrus essential oils and their skin phototoxicity are investigated. A UV method was adopted to analyze the furanocoumarin content in four types of citrus essential oils: orange oil, lemon oil, grape fruit oil and bergamot oil. A liquid-liquid separation technology was investigated to remove these furanocoumarins, and then furancoumarin free (FCF) essential oils were obtained. Furanocoumarin content is controlled within 20 mg/kg under the aromatherapy directions, safety and reliability are guaranteed.
